How do I reserve a space?

Pick a space, choose an open time, and pay the deposit online. Your date is held the moment the deposit clears, and your confirmation arrives by email.

When is the balance due?

The remaining balance is due before your event. The team will send a secure payment link ahead of your date.

Can I add spaces to my booking?

Yes. The VIP Room, the Powder Room, the Private Sunset Balcony, and the Waterfront Promenade with the Covered Bar and Grill can be added to a booking when they are open for the same block.

Can I tour the venue first?

Yes. Send a tour request and the team will confirm a time during business hours.

What about custom events?

For fully custom configurations, the Event Management Design Team will work with you directly. Use the custom event link anywhere on the site.

• No outside alcohol. Bar service is provided by the venue.

• No weapons of any kind on the property.

• Events must end at the scheduled time. Overtime is billed at the posted rate.

• Two security officers are included with every package. Events above the posted guest threshold require one officer per one hundred guests, arranged through the venue.

• Decorations must be approved in advance. No open flames, no confetti, nothing fixed to walls or ceilings.

• Outdoor events are subject to the inclement weather policy.

• Guests under twenty one are not served alcohol. Valid identification is required.

• Deposits hold your date and are applied to your balance.

• Cancellations made well in advance may be refunded per the rental agreement.

• Refunds and cancellations are processed by Owner Management. When a refund is issued, the reserved time reopens.

• Weather related changes for outdoor spaces follow the inclement weather policy in the rental agreement.
